Strategic Planning

It has been said that “if you don’t know where you are going you will wind up somewhere else.” Associates of School Leadership Services have facilitated the development of more than 150 strategic plans for districts of all types. Associates not only possess the technical skills and knowledge to facilitate the planning process, they possess the people skills that are so important in getting the stakeholders involved in the development and ownership of the planning process and the plan. Also, SLS will engage in the planning process at whatever level the client desires – from simply advancing a planning model and preparing the district to lead the planning process on its own to overseeing the total planning process. Of particular interest is the use of School Leadership Services to consolidate all existing planning documents into a single document that is user-friendly.
